How asasii club works

One system in the club's own environment, from the tee sheet to the member's statement.

From the first tee time to the month-end statement.

  1. 06:45

    The first flight

The starter sees who has checked in, with caddies and buggies, and sends the flight off.

  2. 07:40

    Check-in

A member scans the app's QR at the desk or the kiosk, and the whole flight checks in.

  3. 08:10

    A guest at the desk

The guest's green fee shows first and goes on the host member's account.

  4. 09:30

    An order at the turn

A member orders to the halfway house in the app. The bill posts when it is served.

  5. 13:00

    Lunch on the account

The server scans the member's QR, and the charge lands on the statement.

  6. 15:30

    Rain delays the sheet

Delay All moves every flight not yet sent off, and the players are told in the app.

  7. 23:00

    The day closes

Rounds and takings are on the dashboard, and the day's billing goes to accounting as one journal.

  8. Month end

    The statement run

Charges are locked, subscriptions billed, and statements published to the app and by email.

Where it runs

In the club's own cloud account or data centre. idataraya installs it, hardens it and keeps it current, and the club's team holds the keys, the backups and the data.

asasii club takes handicaps from the national handicap system and sends a daily journal of billing, receipts and write-offs to the club's accounting system. A documented API lets the club's other systems or a third party read what they need and post to it.
