Each member carries a category, dependants and a status the club defines, such as active, in arrears, suspended or resigned. Subscriptions are billed by category, and status changes are recorded with who made them.

An application starts on the club website, with the applicant's documents uploaded there and the proposer and seconder endorsing in the member app. The membership office sees where each applicant sits and how long they have waited.
