One tee sheet for the web, the app, the desk and the starter

Members, guests, the front desk and the starter all book against one sheet, and the club's booking rules and rates are applied by the system, not remembered at the counter.

Golfers loading their bags onto buggies by the clubhouse

Every tee time on one sheet

Each course side by side, with member, guest, competition, blocked and open slots told apart at a glance. A booking opens beside the sheet with the flight, the guests and their fees, caddies, buggies and notes.

  • Check in, move, add a player or cancel from the booking
  • A waitlist for full times, offered the slot when one opens

The club's rules and rates

The golf office sets the book-ahead windows, the tee interval, first and last tee, the cancellation cut-off and no-show charges, and members only see times they can book. Changes take effect when published.

  • Member, member's guest and visitor rates
  • Weekday and weekend rates, for 18 or 9 holes
  • Green fees, buggies and caddies on one rate card

Blocks and delays

Times blocked for a competition, maintenance, a society or corporate day, a clinic or weather leave the member app, and booked members are told. Delay All moves every flight not yet sent off by the same amount and tells the players.

Check-in and the first tee

Members check in with the app's QR at the desk or a self check-in kiosk, and the starter sees who has arrived, with each player's caddie and buggy, before sending the flight off with one button.

  • The whole flight in one pass
  • Guest fees shown and charged at check-in
  • A screen at the first tee, run from the sheet

Caddies, buggies and guests

Caddies are assigned in rotation order, with a member's request for a named caddie shown first. Buggies are assigned to the flight from the fleet board, and each member's guests are counted against the club's limits at booking and again at check-in.
