The member app, under the club's own brand

Members book, pay their statement, show their card at the gate and read the club's notices on their phone or the club website. The app carries the club's own name, icon and colours.

Book from the phone

Open places for each day and time, players found by name or number, guests added as part of the booking, and the buggy, caddie and every fee shown before the booking is confirmed.

  • A waitlist when a time is full
  • The cut-off and any charge shown before cancelling
  • Tables, courts, the range, the spa and event tickets booked the same way

The statement and Pay Now

The balance and due date first, every charge by date or by outlet, the PDF, and Pay Now with FPX or card. A failed payment says nothing was charged and gives a reference.

The digital member card

A member QR that refreshes on a timer, opens at full brightness for the scanner, and keeps the last code for use without signal. A screenshot of an old code does not work.

Handicap, scores and caddies

The handicap index from the national handicap system, competition entries, scores entered hole by hole and attested by the marker in their own app, and a caddie assessment after the round.

Notices from the club

Booking reminders, announcements and promotions in one inbox, with a switch for each kind and a choice of English or Bahasa Malaysia. The club writes each notice in one composer, aimed by category, with the reach shown before it goes out.
