Restaurants, bars and the pro shop, on the member account

Every outlet runs on asasii pos with the same layout. A member charge is a scan of the app's QR, and it lands on the statement the member already sees.

Charge to the member

The server scans the member's QR from the app. The name, member number and account status show before the charge, so no chit, signature or keyed-in number is needed.

  • Charge to the member, card, DuitNow QR or cash
  • Service charge and SST shown as the receipt shows them

The receipt matches the statement

The receipt goes to the member's app at once and printing is optional. The receipt number carries the date, outlet and ticket, so the statement line and the till agree.

When an account cannot take charges

The counter is told to take card or cash, without the member's account details on the screen, and a reference lets the office find the attempt.

Orders from the app

Members order to their table or to the halfway house in the app. The outlet works each order from new to served, and the charge is made when it is served.

Hours and booking rules per outlet

Opening hours, special hours, capacity and table booking rules are set for each outlet, and the app reads them as soon as they are saved.
